Nile University is a Constituent College of Uganda Martyrs University. It is founded as a Community Based Institution in the northwestern region of Uganda. It is situated in Arua District.

In March 2010, Nile University was affiliated and accredited to Uganda Martyrs University in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Universities and other Tertiary Institutions Act 6th April 2001 (Article 111).

Nile University introduces new Courses in the academic year 2012/2013

Nile University Campus of Uganda Martyrs University, Arua – West Nile – Uganda has introduced new Courses for the next academic year starting from August 2012 and January 2013 respectively.
